老人福祉センターは、津波前は建物の中からでも海が見えてながめがいいと思ってながめたものでした。
津波後変わってしまいました。
いまだに復興の手がつきません。
早く直して頂いて、前の様に夢をふくらませる所になってほしいです。

Before the tsunami, I used to enjoy the ocean view from the senior center. But now, everything has changed.
The reconstruction of this facility is still pending.
This place was once so full of possibilities, and I hope they can repair it soon.
