市内の水が引き、初めて一時外出の許可が出た日。
商工会議所の前に立っている赤レンジャーの前にピアノと軽自動車が重なっていた。
普段は勇壮な赤レンジャーも、さすがにこのときはびっくりしているように見えた。
(震災直後、職務上帰宅が許されなかった)
