br/ span class="small"strongMASAKO/strongbr/ 福島県南相馬市 2016年12月 撮影/spanbr/ _______________________________br/ br/ Itrsquo;s been over 5 years since the nuclear accident. This is a kindergarten in the Haramachi district of Minamisoma City, where residents have finally been given permission to return to their homes.br/ Wait, what happened here? The decontaminated playground has been covered with artificial grass. And wherersquo;s the sandbox? There it is! Itrsquo;s inside the building! This sand comes from the foot of Mt. Fuji, so Irsquo;m told.br/ I just hope that the children will grow up healthy and full of energy.br/ br/ span class="small"strongMASAKO/strongbr/ Photo: Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture, December 2016/span
